<br />Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies <br /> <br />Every operation both computer and operator generated is time and date stamped. In addition, all <br />operator generated functions are also identified with the workstation and operator 10. Every <br />transaction in the system is date/time stamped by position and Operator 10 including unit status <br />changes and event activities. This logging occurs immediately and is a permanent part of the <br />event record and unit history. This information can also be recorded in a backup database as well <br />as in real time with a print logger that keeps a current log of all activity <br /> <br />4. It shall be required that authorized personnel be able to audit actions performed in the system. <br /> <br />Positron Response: IQ/CAD Complies <br /> <br />The system administrator is provided with the tools and the permission required to audit all <br />actions performed by IQ/CAD operators. IQ/CAD also supports the ability to "Monitor" Dispatch <br />Groups. The Monitor function allows the user to monitor Dispatch Groups without receiving all <br />of the information that a Managed Group receives. Some of the information that can be <br />monitored includes: Event Updates, Instant Message Notifications, Overdue Alarms, Unit <br />Updates, etc. Security configuration allows the System Administrator to determine how much <br />information each individual operator can monitor. <br /> <br />5. The CAD system shall support the display, update, addition, and deletion of the following types <br />of information: <br /> <br />a. Individuals/persons associated with the call <br />b. Vehicles associated with the call <br />c. Property associated with the call <br />d. Street database (to include intersections) <br />e. Common Place database <br />f. Premise History information <br />g. Hazardous Conditions information <br />h. Hazardous Material information <br />i. Site Photos <br />j. Site Standard Operating Procedures <br />k. Personnel file <br />I.
