<br />· Copy Event <br />Copy Event is used to copy an active event to another Dispatch Group or Agency. This is <br />used when advising a Dispatch Group or Agency of an event when they need to respond. <br />When events are copied, certain comments are copied to the other agency/dgroups event. <br />Which comments are copied is configured by the system administrator. When the copy <br />has been completed, both events will have comments added indicating when and who <br />copied the event. During the copy process users have the options of linking and or cross <br />referencing events. <br /> <br />· Transfer Event <br />The Transfer Event command allows a pending or active event to be transferred. Events <br />can be transferred from one agency dispatch group to another. <br /> <br />Event Searches & Queries <br /> <br />· Call Summary <br />The Call Summary is a window that is displayed when you place the mouse over a Call <br />Flag on the map. A window will automatically pop up and present the user with a <br />summary of the call. This allows users to quickly assess pending calls without having to <br />open each one. <br /> <br />· Quick Search <br />Quick Search is a way to easily access recent closed calls. It is available from a right click <br />menu on the event form. <br /> <br />2. The system must provide an ability to receive calls and initiate events from the following <br />sources: <br /> <br />a. E9-1-1 <br />b. Regular 10-digit <br />c. Public counter (i.e., Station Walk-ins) <br />d. Officer-initiated <br />e. Scheduled event (entered at a previous time) <br /> <br />I Positron Response: IQICAD Complies <br /> <br />3.
