<br />I'i I' 11111'1' <br /> <br />11 1 I 11 <br /> <br />II ~~~Jr~~~ <br /> <br />The performance testing environment will consist of the production Positron CAD <br />system, configured by SAPO, and Positron supplied 3rd Party Software, listed in <br />the agreement. <br /> <br />These tests shall be conducted under normal system use that will define the <br />typical background workload. The response times will be measured from CAD <br />workstations, as determined by the City. <br /> <br />The transactions executed from the workstations will consist of calling up a blank <br />'call screen', adding a call, displaying a call in the queue, changing unit status <br />and retrieving a previously entered call. The transactions to be run and response <br />times to be measured are included below. Transaction time measurements, <br />unless otherwise specified, will begin when users complete their input (e.g. click <br />OK or press Enter) and end when the expected response is displayed on the <br />workstation screen and the CAD is ready for the next transaction. <br /> <br />If the expected performance times are not achieved, SAPO will notify Positron in <br />writing and Positron will effect changes needed to meet expected response times <br />and response time testing will be repeated. <br />Response time testing shall be deemed to have been successfully completed <br />when all tested functions meet the listed response times. <br />Running a Positron CAD session (i.e. signed on as a dispatcher), SAPO will <br />conduct the following tests and confirm the time does not exceed the allowable <br />time (as follows): <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER #2 to Computer Aided Dispatch Purchase Agreement A-2004-229 <br />Exhibit A.1 - Attachment A-1 to the SOW - A TP <br /> <br />Page 69 of 149 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />
