The Training Plan has been developed and will be maintained by the POSITRON Project Manager and approved by the SAPD Project Manager. Training Courses are listed below. . IO/CAD System Administration (1 course/10 students/up to 2 days) · CADministrator Database Training (1 courses/10 students/up to 2 days) . IO/CAD User (includes CADvisor and WebCallTaker): Train-The-Trainer Training (1 course/10 students/up to 3 days) · IO/CAD User: Refresher Training (up to 3 days) · IO/Mobile User: Train-The-Trainer Training (1 course/10 students/up to 3 days) . IO/Mobile User: Refresher Training (up to 3 days) The training is designed to maximize productivity by thoroughly familiarizing the users with all of the features and functions of the system. The same is true for System Administrator training where technical personnel have the opportunity to interact with the POSITRON implementation and development teams. NOTE: Although there is not a formal training course for Web Calltaker, a Positron Implementation Engineer will conduct up to two 1-day training sessions on the product. 2.4 Training System The training systems will be loaded with data provided by SAPD or if map data is not ready, trainers will use a POSITRON map database. This configuration will support training for CAD users, and System Administration. Limitations may exist for interfaces and will be supported in the training systems as made available to POSITRON.
