The Training Plan has been developed and will be maintained by the <br />POSITRON Project Manager and approved by the SAPD Project Manager. Training Courses <br />are listed below. <br />. IO/CAD System Administration (1 course/10 students/up to 2 days) <br />· CADministrator Database Training (1 courses/10 students/up to 2 days) <br />. IO/CAD User (includes CADvisor and WebCallTaker): Train-The-Trainer Training (1 <br />course/10 students/up to 3 days) <br />· IO/CAD User: Refresher Training (up to 3 days) <br />· IO/Mobile User: Train-The-Trainer Training (1 course/10 students/up to 3 days) <br />. IO/Mobile User: Refresher Training (up to 3 days) <br />The training is designed to maximize productivity by thoroughly familiarizing the users with all of <br />the features and functions of the system. The same is true for System Administrator training <br />where technical personnel have the opportunity to interact with the POSITRON implementation <br />and development teams. <br />NOTE: Although there is not a formal training course for Web Calltaker, a Positron <br />Implementation Engineer will conduct up to two 1-day training sessions on the product. <br /> <br />2.4 Training System <br /> <br />The training systems will be loaded with data provided by SAPD or if map data is not ready, <br />trainers will use a POSITRON map database. This configuration will support training for CAD <br />users, and System Administration.
