(b) The Acceptance process shall begin after City has been notified by the Contractor in writing of the completion of the testing process as further detailed in the scope of work. The City shall, within ten (10) days after notification of the successful completion of the said testing, provide Contractor with a written notice of System Acceptance, which Acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the City refuses to accept the System, it shall indicate same in writing to Contractor and shall detail the area of non-conformance with respect to the System specifications. If the City fails to provide written notice of refusal of Acceptance within ten (10) days of the Notification Date, System Acceptance will be deemed. If there are any areas of non- conformance, the parties shall mutually agree on a time-frame for correcting any such non- conformance. Once the areas of non-conformance have been corrected by Contractor, Contractor shall advise City in writing and the process detailed in this section (b) shall commence again until System Acceptance is completed.
