This command, which will be used together with a unit 10, will assign a tow truck using the unit's current location. This command will also send a message to a predefined console so that a dispatcher at another CAD position will be able to make the actual telephone call to the tow company. Comment: Development of this item will be completed prior to system cutover and acceptance by SAPO. 2) Callback Command (CAD-4565) The system will include a command that allows a message to be sent to a predefined console from the command line. This command, which will be used along with a unit 10 or an event number, will also document the message in the event (the unit's current event if used with unit 10). The command should follow a syntax similar to "UNITID CB,message" Comment: Development of this item will be completed prior to system cutover and acceptance by SAPO. 3) Prior Knowledge Hitting Either Exact or by Area (CAD-4566) The system will include the ability to enter Prior Knowledge records so that they can either hit by a radius or only by exact address. This option should be able to be set at the time of entry and the CAD will contain both types of records (e.g. not all one type or another, but both types active at the same time). Comment: Development of this item is not planned.
