Neccessiate the school programs services, and programs' outputs, with proficient lecture models and technology -based <br />program for targeted youths: At least 80% of students participated in the programs and community volunteer activities will <br />benefit from the services and improve their academic and social life performaces, a positive change in knowledge, attitude <br />and skills. <br />3. Subtantiate access to computer technology, computer -based learning to our youth members for the purpose of <br />supporting their academic achievement and enhancing their learning: At least 80% of students will participate in technology <br />center annually on a regular basis during after - school hours and summer programs. <br />4. Gain Intermediate, longer -term outcomes of improving their behaviors and knowledges: At least 90% of 450 out of 500 <br />students will remain in school and graduate to the next grade with a C+ grades or better, enhanced confidence and <br />leadership skills help students join new activities, completed homework on time, get C+ or better, using computer to <br />complete homework assignments, students are able to successfully graduate from high school. <br />5. Provide a curriculum for intergenerationial workshop to enhance cultural insight/sensitivitties within generational gaps: At <br />least 85% of the curriculum will be formulated with joint collaboration from local educational agencies and institutes of <br />higher education; the youth members and seniors will participate in these workshop /forum to gain insights about cultural <br />differences, biligual and cross - cultural communication skills and community volunteerism <br />6. Update materials and curricula by working with the consultants and local education agencies to develop newly ungraded <br />curricula for the after - school and summer youth programs. Once these curricula are established, we meet with volunteers <br />and teachers to determine the materials needed.
