K. Consultant shall focus its efforts on the following: <br />Assist the City in securing full funding for its federally designated <br />Empowerment Zone; <br />2. Assist the City in its efforts to obtain funding for the Bristol Street Widening <br />Project; <br />3. Assist the City in its efforts to obtain funding for infrastructure improvement <br />projects such as storm drains; <br />4. Assist the City in its efforts to obtain funding for Santa Ana's Youth Projects <br />and Workforce Investment Programs. <br />
