EXHIBIT A <br />SpectraTurf will provide and install SpectraPorr playground surfacing per layout submitted <br />to Santa Ana Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency. Surfacing to be installed <br />per specifications as a varying thickness pad to meet CPSC standards and ASTM F 1292-04 <br />for impact attenuation. Price is for rubber surfacing only, and excludes site -work, sub -base <br />materials, asphalt, concrete, borders, curbs, sub -base compaction, graphics, etc. <br />Square footage are estimates based upon drawings submitted to SpectraTurf. Actual areas <br />to be surfaced frequently vary, therefore estimate is priced on a price/s.f, basis. Perimeters <br />which require a turned -down edge also require additional square feet of surfacing and will <br />be included into net area.
