A total of 847 parking stalls are <br />currently provided on the subject site. The parcel is located within <br />the Professional (P) zoning district and has a General Plan land use <br />designation of Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) The site <br />is located on the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Seventeenth <br />Street. Surrounding land uses include residential to the north, and <br />commercial to the south, east and west (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Project Description <br />The applicant is proposing to allow a professional trade school to occupy <br />portions of the existing North and South medical office buildings. ATI <br />College is proposing both classroom facilities along with administrative <br />offices within the existing buildings (Exhibit 3). <br />~~~8 / V <br />
