Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2008-03. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On July 28, 2008, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 2008-127 and adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2008-03 by a vote of 6:0 (Alderete absent) to allow indoor <br />sports facilities within the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning district.
