Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2008-03 <br />July 28, 2008 <br />Page 4 <br />CEQA Compliance <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Negative <br />Declaration Environmental Review No. 2008-127 has been prepared for this <br />project (Exhibit 3). The proposed addition of indoor sports facilities as <br />a conditionally permitted use in the Light Industrial zone was found to <br />have no significant impacts on the environment.
