CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Contractor shall perform services as set forth below. <br />The City is seeking a company with the capacity to provide rental equipment for large-scale events. <br />Below is a sample listing of equipment rented for a previous large-scale event and approximate <br />quantities. <br />Quantity Equipment Quantity Equipment <br />3200 Astro Turf (sq.ft.) 25 Fire Extinguisher <br />380 Canopy Base 1 Forklift <br />95 Canopy (various sizes) 3 Generator <br />6 Canopy Water Barrel 120 Lights (various types) <br />400 Chair (various types) 15 Linen(various sizes) <br />2 Cooler 2 Lounge Sofa <br />100 <br />Electrical Cord (various <br />lengths) 50 Portable Restroom (various types) <br />100 Table Cover (various sizes) 85 Sandbag <br />75 Drapery 20 Sink (various types) <br />1 Electrical Dist. System 160 Table (various sizes) <br />20 Electrical Outlet 10 Trash Can <br />4 Fan 30 Two-Way Radios <br />2 Water Hose 16 Water Tanks <br />Labor <br />Fencing <br />The Contractor will be expected to provide, install, set -up, maintain and remove rental equipment for <br />requested special events. The contractor is also expected to coordinate with various City departments <br />and other contractors associated with the event. The Contractor is expected to obtain the necessary <br />permits for temporary structures and utilize a licensed Contractor to pull the necessary permits. <br />Equipment to be provided by the Contractor includes, but is not limited to items listed above.
