Provide, install, set-up, maintain and remove stage equipment for <br />requested events. <br />2. Coordinate with various City departments and other contractors <br />associated with the event. <br />3. Apply for all necessary permits including, but not limited to, electrical and <br />building permits. <br />4. Equipment to be provided by the contractor includes, but is not limited to: <br />a. 40’ X 32’ X 5’-Stage <br />b. 40’ X 32’ X 30’-Roof <br />c. 16’ X 8’-20 Panel LED video wall <br />d. Stage lighting <br />e. Audio Equipment <br />f. Video Equipment <br />g. Forklift <br />h. Banners <br />i. Audio/visual technicians/DJs/MCs <br />j. Generators <br />k. Kabodas <br />l. Golfcarts <br />5. City may request additional equipment or services during the term of the <br />agreement at prices identified in the price listing. <br />a.
