CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Contractor shall perform services as set forth below. <br />1)Contractor is responsible for the payment of all applicable permits required to conduct <br />the below scope of services. <br />2)The On-Call contractor shall respond with a task order quote within five (5) working days <br />of receiving the request for a task order quote. <br />3)Selection of a contractor to perform each task order shall consider past work completion <br />performance. <br />A.Demolition <br />1)Contractor is responsible for demolishing and disposal/recycling of all improvements, <br />including but not limited to: <br />a)All labor on this project <br />b)All debris generated on this project incluing hauling debris in a lawful manner and to <br />the proper destination <br />c)Securing demo site if required <br />d)Foundations and footings, <br />e) Slabs, <br />f)Basement, <br />g)Detached garage, <br />h) Landscaping, shrubs, and brush <br />i)Fencing, <br />j)Walls trees and <br />k)All miscellaneous to clear site complete <br />2)Contractor is also responsible for: <br />a)Grading the parcel for drainage, <br />b)Importing and exporting fill dirt or aggregate base as needed, <br />c)Capping all water and sewer lines, and <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />City of Santa Ana RFP No. 25-027 Page 20 of 41 <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 20 – 116 4/15/2025
