COST PROPOSAL <br />The cost proposal includes estimated price ranges for artist tees, production, marketing, and hospitality. These estimates are <br />based on current market conditions and may change depending on artist availability, demand, and specific event <br />requirements. Talent fees will vary based on the artist(s) selected for the event. Fixed costs are determined on an event -by - <br />event basis and encompass the full scope of our services, including comprehensive event planning, coordination, and on -site <br />support from conception to completion, as outlined in the scope of work in this RFP. These costs ensure a seamless and <br />successful event execution.
