Multiple Awards will ensure <br />that any ensuing contracts fulfill current and future requirements of the diverse and large <br />number of participating public agencies. <br /> <br /> <br />Past Performance <br />Past performance is relevant information regarding a vendor’s actions under previously awarded <br />contracts; including the administrative aspects of performance; the vendor’s history of <br />reasonable and cooperative behavior and commitment to customer satisfaction; and generally, <br />the vendor’s businesslike concern for the interests of the customer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
