Indirect and induced impacts <br />expected to occur within the surrounding area of the proposed Project can be found in Table I of <br />Appendix B. <br />3.3 ONE-TIME FEES <br />During the construction of the Project, development impact fees required by the applicable public <br />agencies will be paid.
