The pilot in command holds a currently effective certificate, issued by the duly constituted authority of the United States of America or Canada, designating that person as a commercial or airline transport pilot; 2. It is rented with a trained, paid crew; and 3. It does not transport persons or cargo for a charge, E. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY-EXCEPTION FOR EQUIPMENT LOANED OR RENTED TO THE INSURED In Section II -Liability, Paragraph B. Exclusions, the following exception is added to Exclusion 1.k.
