ADDITIONSIDELETIONS TO CLOSED SESSION <br />MINUTES: None. <br />Councilmember Phan announced she will be participating via teleconference per the <br />Just Cause provision of the Brown Act after ceremonial presentations. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed <br />Session items. <br />MINUTES: None. <br />RECESS-- City Council will recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting <br />regular City business. <br />MINUTES: MayorAmezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:13 P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
