t) The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all trash, debris, <br /> and waste materials generated during the demolition of any structure tinder this Agreement. <br /> This includes, but is not limited to, construction materials, rubble, hazardous waste, and any <br /> other by-products of the demolition process. <br /> 2) All trash and trash and debris must be removed from the site within seven (7) days following <br /> the completion of demolition activities, The Contractor shall ensure the site is left in a clean and <br /> orderly condition, free of any remaining debris. <br /> 3) Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Was, regulations, and <br /> ordinances related to the Dandling, transportation, and disposal of demolition debris, including <br /> obtaining any required permits and approvals. <br /> 4)The removal of trash and debris shall be subject to inspection and approval by the ❑hector of <br /> the Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency, or their designee, The Contractor shall promptly <br /> address any deficiencies identified during such inspection. <br />
