One of the <br />primary resources Crime Survivors provides is a Victim Emergency Bag <br />containing products that help victims and their families begin the recovery <br />process. Each Victim Emergency Bag contains items that are most helpful <br />within the first 24-72 hours of the crime and include: a Resource <br />Directory, Journal and Pen, Emergency Phone Cards, Flashlight, kid's book, <br />crayons, small blanket, and small stuffed animal. The Police Department <br />will distribute the donated emergency bags and resource directories to <br />persons identified as victims in a variety of crimes. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />:Jhl~~S(J- <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Police Department <br /> <br />29A-1 <br />
