<br />anfA <br /> <br />Responses to <br />Environmental Checklist <br />For CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures <br /> <br />· The church shall prepare an operational plan that will limit the use of ancillary uses and the <br />fellowship hall to the hours the church sanctuary is not being utilized. <br /> <br />· Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall provide evidence of an <br />agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana, securing a <br />minimum of 385 parking stalls from the Santa Ana Unified School District. <br /> <br />· Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall provide a parking <br />management plan in a form acceptable to the Planning Manager of the City of Santa Ana, <br />describing the manner in which pedestrian safety will be ensured from the off-site parking lots. <br /> <br />· The parking facilities used to satisfy the parking requirements shall be improved to comply with <br />applicable codes. <br /> <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative transportation <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any City policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation. Nor would implementation of the proposed project displace any existing modes of public <br />transportation provided within the project area. <br /> <br />XVI. Utilities and Service Systems <br /> <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board? <br /> <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or wastewater treatment facilities or <br />expansion of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant <br />environmental effects? <br /> <br />C. Require or result in the construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion <br />of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental <br />effects? <br /> <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the project from existing entitlements and <br />resources or are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment provider, which serves or may <br />serve the project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in <br />addition to the providers existing commitments. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) regulates wastewater treatment for the City of Santa Ana. <br />The proposed project will not cause any violation of those standards set forth by the OCSD. <br /> <br />75C-106 <br /> <br />13 <br />
