<br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-05 <br />August 25, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Will the proposed <br />contribute to the <br />community? <br /> <br />facility which will <br />the neighborhood or <br /> <br />use provide a <br />general well <br /> <br />service or <br />being of <br /> <br />The expansion of the Templo Cal vario Assembly of God Church, <br />as conditioned, will allow the expansion of a religious <br />facility that provides needed religious and benevolent <br />services to the surrounding community. <br /> <br />B. Will the proposed use under the circumstances of the particular case <br />be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity? <br /> <br />Templo Calvario, as conditioned, will not be detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the area. A parking study has <br />been provided that addresses the reduction in parking, with the <br />peak parking demands on weekends when the surrounding buildings <br />are closed. Any anticipated impacts to health, safety or <br />welfare are sufficiently mitigated through the conditions of <br />approval imposed on this project. <br /> <br />C. Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />stability or future economic development of properties surrounding <br />the area? <br /> <br />The proposed church expansion, as conditioned, will not create <br />any negative or detrimental impacts on the economic viability <br />of the surrounding area.
