<br />an fA <br /> <br />Responses to <br />Environmental Checklist <br />For CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed church use would have no impact on the transport or disposal of hazardous <br />material in that the proposed project does not involve activities that would emit hazardous or acutely <br />hazardous material. Additionally, according to the City of Santa Ana Fire Department and the City's <br />General Plan, the project site is not included on a list of hazardous material sites. Therefore, <br />implementation of the proposed project will not create a significant hazard to the public or the <br />environment. <br /> <br />D. For a project located within an airport land use plan or where such a plan has not been <br />adopted, within two miles where a public airport or public use airport, would the project <br />result in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the project area? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR and the Orange County Airports Environs <br />Land Use Plan, Santa Ana is not located within any aircraft accident potential zones, nor is the proposed <br />project located within a John Wayne Airport Planning Area. Additionally, there are no private airstrips in <br />the City. Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not increase the potential for safety hazards <br />for people residing in or working within the City. <br /> <br />VIII. Hydrology and Water Quality <br /> <br />A. Violate Regional Water Quality Control Board water quality standards or waste discharge <br />requirements? <br /> <br />E. Otherwise substantially degrade water quality? <br /> <br />I. Resulting an increase in pollutant discharges to receiving waters? <br /> <br />J. Result in significant alteration of receiving water quality during or following construction. <br /> <br />K. Could the proposed project result in increased erosion downstream? <br /> <br />L. Result in increased impervious surfaces and associated runoff? <br /> <br />M. Create a significant adverse environmental impact to drainage patterns due to changes in <br />runoff flow rates or volumes. <br /> <br />N. Tributary to an already impaired water body, as listed on the Clean Water Act Section <br />303(d) list. If so, can it result in an increase in any pollutant of which the body is already <br />impaired? <br /> <br />O. Tributary to other environmentally sensitive areas? If so, can it exacerbate already existing <br />sensitive conditions? <br /> <br />P. Have a potentially significant environmental impact or surface water quality to either <br />marine, fresh or wetland waters? <br /> <br />Q.
