Represented Part-Time titles in the City's Basic Classification and <br />Compensation Plan. <br />G. It is now desired to amend the City's Basic Classification and <br />Compensation Plan in order to effect these changes. <br />Section 2: That Section 3.5.1 Classification Titles and Wage Rates for <br />Unaffiliated Categories of Non-Civil Service Part-Time Employment of Resolution <br />No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 3.5.1 Classification Titles and Wage Rates for Unaffiliated <br />Categories of Non-Civil Service Part-Time Employment. Part-time employees <br />in Unaffiliated classification titles listed in Attachment A, hereto, shall receive <br />wages based on the hourly pay rates shown in this attachment effective October <br />11, 2008, and January 11, 2009, respectively. Attachment "A" is hereby <br />incorporated into and made part of this section." <br />Section 3: That Section 3.5.2 Classification Titles and Wage Rates for Long- <br />Term Represented Categories of Non-Civil Service Part-Time Employment of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 3.5.2 Classification Titles and Wage Rates for Long-Term <br />Represented Categories of Non-Civil Service Part-Time Employment. Part-time <br />employees in classification titles listed in Attachment B, hereto, shall receive <br />wages based on the hourly pay rates shown in this attachment effective October <br />11, 2008, and January 11, 2009, respectively. Attachment "B" is hereby <br />incorporated into and made part of this section." <br />Section 4: That Section 2 of Resolution No. 85-27, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by increasing the assigned hourly rates for the exempt classification of <br />Management Intern from ($17.52 - $18.39) to ($18.22 - $19.13) effective October 11, <br />2008. Effective January 11, 2009, said rates shall be increased to ($18.68 - $19.61). <br />Section 5: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 85-27 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 6: That except as stated otherwise above, this Resolution shall be <br />operative from and after October 6, 2008. <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008. <br />Miguel A.
