Conditions of approval were added to <br />provide replacement parking in the event the off-site spaces are no longer <br />available, to develop a trash/maintenance plan for the off-site parking <br />facilities and to hold quarterly meetings between the church, adjacent <br />business operators and City were approved by the Planning Commission. <br />Further, the Commission approved a modification to the parking management <br />plan to reserve 12 parking spaces for use by tenants of the center on <br />Sunday's. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />c, <br />Jay M.
