Amendment Application No. 2008-06 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-05 <br />Variance No. 2008-04 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2008-02 <br />August 25, 2008 <br />Page 9 <br />CEQA Compliance <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, a mitigated <br />negative declaration and mitigated monitoring program has been prepared <br />for this project. The Mitigation Negative Declaration was circulated for <br />a 20-day public review period, which ran from July 16, 2008 through <br />August 4, 2008. Two response letters were received; one from OCTA and the <br />other from the County of Orange. The OCTA letter asked for clarification <br />on the location and use of the OCTA right-of-way. The County noted that a <br />regional bikeway was planned along the same right-of-way. The report <br />identifies potential environmental impacts and identifies mitigation <br />measures that reduce the impacts to less than significant levels. The <br />report identified no parking and traffic related impacts resulting from <br />the church expansion.
