2 <br />3 <br />6 <br />7 <br />10! <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Attachment "A" <br />One-Stop Partner Commitment <br />Parties: The parties to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Amendment to the <br />MOU are the Mayor and City Council of the City of Santa Ana, the Santa Ana Workforce Investment <br />Board (WIB), the County of Orange Social Services Agency and other agencies (identified in the "One <br />Stop Partner Commitment', Attachment A" to the MOU) functioning as "One-Stop Partners" within the <br />Santa Ana One-Stop System (hereinafter referred to as the Santa Ana WORK Center). <br />In addition to accepting the provisions contained in the MOU and the Amendment to the MOU, the <br />County of Orange Social Services Agency commits to the following: <br />Agency services to be provided on-site at the Santa Ana WORK Center: <br />Welfare Programs including but not limited fo CaIWORKs <br />FuN-time equivalents (FTEs) of agency staff assigned to Santa Ana WORK Center <br />Hours/days per week agency staff assigned to Santa Ana WORK Center: Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00 <br />p.m. <br />PERFORMANCE GOALS <br />Customer Service <br />A!I on-site, One-Stop partners shall commit fo the following goats for the WORK Center: <br />1 To conform to a uniform policy of customer service; <br />2 To develop customer service principles all One-Stop Partners must implement; <br />3 To implement an on-going system for measuring customer service levels; and <br />4 To participate in a task force empowered to oversee, measure and respond to <br />customer service data. <br />Quantifiable Service Outcomes <br />Develop a uniform policy of customer service for the WORK Center. Measure customer <br />service levels of users at the WORK Center and meet with partners to implement change as <br />appropriate. <br />The obligations of the county of Orange Social Services Agency under this MOU and Amendment are <br />contingent upon the State budget; receipt of funds from and/or obligation of funds by the Federal <br />government to the State and from the State to the County; and inclusion of sufficient funds for the <br />services hereunder in the budget approved by the County's board of Supervisors for each fiscal year <br />this MOU remains in effect. In the event that such funding is terminated or reduced, the Social <br />Services Agency may immediately terminate this MOU or reduce the Agency's services. The decision <br />ix4R~, <br />
