<br />g. Aircraft, Auto UrWatercraft
<br />"Bodily injm�or "property damage" arising
<br />out of the owmersNp, maimtenance, use or
<br />entrustment toothers ofany aircraft, 'auto^

<br />or loaned to any insured. Use includes
<br />operation and "loading mrun|oad�mQ"
<br />This exclusion appfimu even if the claims
<br />against any insured allege negligence or
<br />other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring.
<br />employment, training or monitoring of others
<br />by that insured, if the "occurrence" which
<br />caused the "bodily injury" or "property
<br />damage" involved the mwnemhip,
<br />maintenance, use orentrustment toothers mf
<br />any minonaft. "auto" or watercraft that is
<br />owned or operated byorrented or loaned to
<br />any insured.
<br />This exclusion does not apply to:
<br />(1) Awatercraft whiie ashore on premises
<br />you own or rent;
<br />(2) Awatercraft you dmnot own that is:
<br />(m) Less than 51 feet long; and
<br />(b) Not being used to carry persons
<br />for ucharge;
<br />(3) Parking an "auto" on, or on the ways
<br />next to, premises you own or ren1,
<br />provided the "auto" is not owned by or
<br />rented *rloaned 1myou orthe insured;
<br />(4) Liability assumed under any 1mounad
<br />cmotrooy for the ownership,
<br />moimtemomom or use of aircraft or
<br />watercraft;
<br />(5) "'Bodily injury^ or "property damage"
<br />arising out cfthe operation mf any of
<br />the equipment listed inParagraph f.(2)
<br />o, [(3) of the definition of "mobile
<br />equ[pmenf';or
<br />(6) An adncnsk that is not owned by any
<br />insured and ishired, chartered orloaned
<br />with a paid crew. However, this
<br />exception does not apply if the insured
<br />has any other insurance for such "bodily
<br />injmry" or "property demaQe°, whether
<br />the other insurance in p6mary, excess,
<br />contingent uromany other basis.
<br />h. Mobile Equipment
<br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />arising out of:
<br />(1) The transportation of"mobile equipnemY
<br />by an "auto" owned or operated by or
<br />rented orloaned 10any insunad�mr
<br />CB The use of "mobile equipment" in, or
<br />while in practice or preparation for a
<br />prearranged manimQ, speed or
<br />demoUUon contest or in any stunting
<br />activity.
<br />i. War
<br />"Bodily injury", "'property damage" or
<br />"personal and advertising irjury', however
<br />caused, adeing,directly crindirectly, out of:
<br />(1�) War, including undeclared orcivil war;
<br />(2) Warlike action by e pniNbnry furue,
<br />including action in hindering or
<br />defending against an actual or
<br />expected attack, by any government,
<br />sovereign or other authority using
<br />military personnel orother agente�or
<br />(3) Insurrection, rebellion, revo|ut|mm,
<br />usurped powe� or action taken by
<br />governmental authority in hindering or
<br />defending against any ofthese.
<br />j. Professional Services
<br />"Bodily injury", damage~ or
<br />"permono| and advertising injury" arising
<br />out of the rendering oforfailure to render
<br />any professional service. This includes
<br />but imnot 8mi1edto:
<br />(1) Lega|, accounting or advertising
<br />aemioem�
<br />(2) Preparing, approvinQ, or failing to
<br />prepare or approve maps, shop
<br />drawings, opinions, repods, eummyo,
<br />field orders, change orders, designs or
<br />drawings and specifications;
<br />(3) Supervisory, innpeotion, architectural
<br />orengineering activities;
<br />(4) Me6osI, aurQica|, denta|, x-ray or
<br />nursing services ineatmemt, advice or
<br />instruction;
<br />(5) Any health or therapeutic service
<br />treatment, advice nrinstruction;
<br />(6) Any servoe, treatment, advice or
<br />instruction for the purpose of
<br />appearance orskin pnhenoernent. Mair
<br />removal or replacement or personal
<br />gromm�ng;
<br />(7) Dpfioa| or hearing aid services
<br />including the pnaychbinQ, pnspanadnn,
<br />fitting, demonstration or distribution of
<br />ophthalmic lenses and similar
<br />products orhearing aid devices;
