<br />ordara, designs or drawings and

<br />(L) Giving directions or inetmoiiona,

<br />13. "Leased worker means a person |mmmed to
<br />you by a labor leasing fimn under an
<br />agreement between you and the labor leasing
<br />firm, toperform duties related tothe conduct of
<br />your business, "Leased worker" does not

<br />14. "Loading or unloading" means the handling of

<br />15. "Mobile equipment" means any ofthe foNmw�ng
<br />types of land vehicles, including any attached
<br />machinery orequipment:
<br />a. BuUdozers, farm mauhinery, k>Mdifte and
<br />other vehhc|eodesigned for use principally
<br />off pwbhcroads;
<br />b. Vehicles maintained for use solely on or
<br />next topnsm�pesyou own mrrent;
<br />o. Vehicles that travel oncrawler tnaedu�

<br />d. Vehicles, whether self-propelled or not, on
<br />which are permanently mounted:

<br />equipment such as graders, mcnopara

<br />maintained primarily to provide mobility to
<br />permanently attached equipment of the
<br />following types:
<br />(1) Air compnaeenm' pumps and
<br />gunooatorn, including sprmyimg,
<br />we|ding, building c|eoninQ.

<br />well servicing equipment; or
<br />(2) Cherry p�ckam and o�miUar devices

<br />However, self-propelled vohio|eo with the
<br />following types of permanently attached
<br />equipment are not "mobile equipment" but
<br />will be considered "autos":
<br />(1) Equipment of at least 1.080 pounds
<br />gross vehicle weight, designed
<br />primarily for:
<br />(a) Snow removal;
<br />(b) Road maintnnamoa, but not
<br />construction orresurfacing; or
<br />(c) Street cleaning;
<br />(2) Cherry pickers and similar devices
<br />mounted on automobile or truck
<br />chassis and used to raise or lower
<br />workers; and
<br />(3) Air compressors, pumps and
<br />generators, including sprayin0,
<br />vvm�dinQ, building dmaning.
<br />geophysical exploration, lighting and
<br />well servicing equipment,
<br />16. "Occurrence" means an occident including
<br />continuous or repeated exposure to substantially
<br />the same general harmful conditions.
<br />17. "Personal and advertising injury" means injury,
<br />including consequential "bodily injury", arising
<br />out ofone urmore ofthe following offenses:
<br />a. False arrest, detention orimprisonment;
<br />b. Malicious prosecution;
