Yi'IRi n~-FPNAn te- l ~-~ <br />(YtGiV i C ~h, ZZi <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />N-2007-096-02 <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on January <br />15, 2009, by and between San Joaquin Chemical [nc, a California corporation <br />("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2007-096, dated August 13, 2007, <br />{hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided water treatment <br />services for City's Police facilities. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />add compensation to provide for the uninterrupted provision of services. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.a. COMPENSATION, shall be amended to add $25,000.00 to pay for <br />services provided fmm July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. <br />2.
