City of Santa Ana - On-call landscape architectural services <br />DESIGN OU <br />I. SCOPE OF WORK <br />PHASE I - RESEARCH/ANALYSIS <br />A. Meet with City of Santa Ana Staff to discuss project goals, potential elements, and project <br />time frame. <br />B. Commence preparation of aerial mapping and topographic base sheet preparation in digital <br />format (as needed}. <br />Include field survey of existing tree trunks not visible on the aerial photography. <br />C. Review pertinent information regarding this project (Information to be provided by the City <br />of Santa Ana): <br />1. Boundary and Easement Information <br />2. Existing "As Built" Irrigation and Electrical Construction Plans <br />3. Any other available documents <br />D. Conduct site visit, with City staff, to review existing site conditions, including utilities, <br />drainage, topography, easements, physical limitations,ADAaccessibility, external influences, <br />and access. <br />MEETINGS: One (1) Design Tea /City StajJ'Meeting/(1) Site Meeting <br />PRODUCTS: Project Notes, Summaries, Topographic Base <br />PHASE II -CONCEPTUAL PLANS <br />A. Commence preparation of a Conceptual Plan base at 1/4" = 1'- 0" scale. <br />B. Prepare Conceptual Plan exhibit indicating the extent of grading, and proposed elements and <br />amenities. <br />C. Meet with City to present Conceptual Plan for review and discuss suggested refinements. <br />D. Revise Conceptual Plan based upon City comments and direction. <br />E. Commence preparation of Preliminary Budget Estimates based upon average unit cost <br />amounts. <br />F.
