The design and improvements of the proposed project will not cause <br />substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidable <br />injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br />There are no wetlands or unusual flora or fauna on or around the <br />project site. No development surrounding this site will be <br />substantially affected by this proposal. Environmental Impact <br />Report 2007-02 has been prepared for the proposed project, <br />identifying potential impacts, over-riding considerations and <br />mitigation measures aimed at reducing any environmental impact <br />associated with this project. <br />E. The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause <br />serious public health problems. <br />The proposed infill development within a mixed-use development <br />is for a residential high-rise tower and will be in compliance <br />with all regulations and conditions specified in the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code and the Specific Development No. 59 development <br />standards in conjunction with the proposed conditions and <br />building requirements. <br />F. The design of improvements of the proposed project will not conflict <br />with easements necessary for public access .through or use of the <br />property within the proposed project. <br />There are no easements that would affect the use or development <br />of this site. Approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 2008- <br />04 (County Map No. 17242) will not create conflicts with the <br />easements necessary for public access through the property, as <br />no such easements currently exist. Public access will be <br />allowed to the site as this development, as an urban project <br />concept, encourages pedestrian and public activity. <br />75A-103 <br />
