This <br />development will provide permanent <br />and supportive housing for homeless <br />transitional age youth (TAY) aged 18 to <br />24, ensuring access to stable housing <br />and critical supportive services. The <br />project remains on track for completion <br />by the end of 2025, further advancing <br />the City's commitment to providing <br />housing solutions and workforce <br />development opportunities for <br />homeless youth. <br />Land Use 2.14 <br />No <br />Local preference.
