<br />Dcember of 2012 working as
<br />Bent Staff for the Orange County
<br />-anch. As a guard he performed
<br />sks such as guest services, access
<br />control, response team, searches, perimeter
<br />security, equipment watch, and executive
<br />escorts. Soon After in May he was promoted
<br />to supervisor. In this new role, Alan instructed,
<br />coached, and evaluated event for numerous
<br />vents across southern CA. In 2016 Alan was
<br />promoted to Event Manager. Alan has worked
<br />with clients form the planning stages giving
<br />recommendations related to security and crowd
<br />management, providing estimates, scheduling
<br />of staff, event logistics needs, make deployments
<br />and dot maps, managing the event, maintaining
<br />proper documentation, post event debrief with
<br />management team and client.
<br />Alan has worked:
<br />• Angel Stadium: supervising staff while
<br />coordinating with state and local law
<br />enforcement as well as the F.B.I. and Secret
<br />Service for President Barack Obama's visit to
<br />Angel Stadium in 2014 where he delivered
<br />the commencement speech at UC Irvine's
<br />50th anniversary ceremony, Super Motocross,
<br />Monster Truck Jams.

<br />Alan has also assisted other CSC branches with
<br />numerous events including managing Coachella
<br />Valley Music and Arts Festival, Stagecoach
<br />Festival, Self Help Festival, Hard Summer Music
<br />Festival, VIP Escorts at MLB Fan Fest, Formula 1,
<br />Nascar, etc...
<br />Alan accomplished his CSC career while holding
<br />a full-time position working for Anaheim Union
<br />High School for 22 years as a Plant Manger
<br />working at multiple Jr. High and High School
<br />sites. As a Plant Manger he oversaw day-to-day
<br />operations, dealing with the public, setting up
<br />and ensuring smooth running of events, maintain
<br />accurate records of inventory, maintenance,
<br />payroll, and assisting with the master calendar.
<br />In 2022, Alan took a full time position with CSC
<br />Orange County as Hiring, Recruiting and training
<br />Manager where he has successfully hired
<br />upwards of 750 employees.
<br />Alan is skilled with Microsoft Office, Internet
<br />Research, Read Blueprints and Schematics.
