There are varieties of different tax rates depending on the nature of the <br />business. Retail and Services, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Mixed Retail/Services & <br />Wholesale/Manufacturing, Commercial Rental - First Property, Commercial Rental and Second Property <br />just to name a few. The current BTS adjusts the instructions to match the various rates as they apply to <br />the specific type of account. Other varieties of instructions are dictated by location such as non-resident <br />versus resident businesses.
