Attachment B <br />Name of Program <br />Objective <br />Timeframe in H.E <br />Status of Program Implementation <br />In November 2024, the voters of the City of Santa Ana adopted a ballot initiative to <br />affirm the Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction Ordinance by a vote of 57.63%. <br />During CY 2024, the City continued implementing the Rent Stabilization and Just Cause <br />Eviction Ordinance, first adopted by the City in October 2021, to enhance tenant <br />protections and regulate rent increases. The Rent Stabilization Ordinance Team <br />A. Implement the Just Cause Eviction <br />expanded its efforts by developing educational materials and hosting community <br />Ordinance and Rent Stabilization <br />workshops for both tenants and landlords. The team also participated in various City <br />33.
