Update the Reasonable Accommodation <br />Dec. 2023 <br />In 2024, the City made progress on the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update, which <br />Disabilities, including <br />ordinance's findings for approval to ensure <br />includes updating the city's Reasonable Accommodation ordinance. <br />Developmental Disabilities <br />compliance with Federal Fair Housing Acts <br />and California Fair Employment and <br />Housing Act by removing constraints, such <br />as amending finding number eight, and <br />ensuring the review process and evaluation <br />criteria meet current fair housing <br />requirements and HUD guidance. <br />D. The training will also cover <br />specific concerns regarding families with <br />children, occupancy standards, and <br />reasonable accommodations and <br />modifications. <br />In CY 2024, the City continued its efforts to develop permanent supportive housing for <br />special needs populations. Amongst various projects, one such project is the <br />E. Provide affordable housing opportunities <br />WISEPlace Permanent Supportive Housing Project, which was funded in 2022 <br />for people with disabilities as part of the <br />following the RFP for Affordable Housing Development. The project is located at 1411 <br />36. Housing for People with <br />City's RFP for Affordable Housing <br />N.
