Offer down payment assistance to <br />$120,000 for low-income households and up to $80,000 for moderate -income <br />41. Recent project updates also include: <br />Westview House (2530 & 2534 Westminster Ave.): This project includes 84 affordable <br />units, with 58 three- and four -bedroom units. 75% of the units are reserved for <br />extremely low-income households at 30% AMI. The project was completed in 2024, <br />and residents have moved in. <br />D. Encourage the development of larger <br />Crossroads at Washington (1126, 1136, & 1146 E. Washington Ave.): The 85 <br />rental and ownership units for families, <br />including lower and moderate -income <br />affordable units include 42 three- and four -bedroom units. The development is 100% <br />families, through the selection criteria for <br />occupied as of October 2024. <br />41. Family Housing <br />the RFP for Affordable Housing <br />Ongoing <br />Habitat for Humanity (1921 W. Washington Ave.): This project will provide six <br />Development (see program 2) that is issued <br />once a year. The objective is to finance the <br />ownership units, each with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for low-income <br />development of at least one multifamily <br />households at 80% AMI.On July 16, 2024, the City approved the Conditional Grant <br />affordable housing project per year. <br />Agreement and Density Bonus Agreement for the development of this project. <br />Furthermore, as part of the selection process for RFP #23-156, the City selected <br />Habitat for Humanity to develop the following two homeownership projects for local <br />families: <br />621 W. Alton Ave. will construct 40 three -bedroom, one and a half bath homes for low - <br />and moderate -income households. <br />425 E. Wellington Ave. will convert a 9-unit rental property into affordable ownership <br />units, with $920,000 in Inclusionary Housing funds allocated for down payment <br />assistance. <br />
