SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> VENDOR INFORMATION: Elite Special Events <br /> EVENT: FY 2025-2026 <br /> SERVICE DATE(S): July 1, 2025 —June 30, 2026 <br /> COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: Total vendor compensation not to <br /> exceed $49,000 for the fiscal year 25-26. <br /> Compensation for workers to attend rides will not exceed $20 per hour per <br /> person. <br /> Compensation for setup/teardown/delivery will not exceed $500 per event. <br /> LIST OF GENERAL SERVICES: Elite Special Events can provide the following <br /> services for multiple public events throughout fiscal year 25-26: Carnival Games <br /> (up to 20 booths), Inflatables (minimum of 2 inflatables per event), Power <br /> generators upon request, and workers to attend inflatables and booths if needed. <br /> DESCRIPTION: The vendor will be paid 50% of the invoiced amount within 5 days <br /> of the initial reservation on a per event basis. The vendor will be paid the <br /> remaining amount no later than 45 days after the event. <br />
