3. The City of Santa Ana parking structure design standards shall be <br />followed in its entirety. Duress alarms allowing voice communication with <br />security personnel shall be placed in strategic locations, approved by the <br />Police Department, throughout the parking garage. <br />4. All project walkways shall be illuminated to a minimum maintained one <br />footcandle of light. <br />5. All elevators serving the residential component of the project shall be <br />equipped with card readers at the garage levels to restrict unauthorized <br />access into the residential towers. The elevator lobbies shall be designed <br />and constructed of material that allows maximum visibility of the interior of <br />the lobby from the parking decks.
