Capitalized terms <br />not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. <br />1. SCHEDULE A TERM <br />The term of this Schedule A will be 12 months beginning 06/01/2009 (the "Initial Term "), and shall automatically <br />renew for additional periods of twelve (12) months (each one, a "Renewal Term "), unless a party provides <br />written notice of termination to the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any <br />Renewal Term. If an account is activated after the first day of a calendar month, charges will not be pro- rated. <br />2. FEES <br />2.1 User Fees: The followina table (the "Price Table ") describes the aareed upon user fees (the "User Fees "): <br />All of the searches and reports included in the Price Schedule are referred to as the "Features ". The User Fees <br />include unlimited access to all Features, excluding those Features identified in Section 2.2.
