Motion: <br />1. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-026 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana amending the Management District Plan for the <br />Downtown Santa Ana Community Management District pursuant to <br />Article XX, Chapter 13 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />management agreement subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney: <br />AGMT NO. 2009-054 -With Downtown Inc. for the management and <br />implementation of Community Management District funds for afive- <br />year period ending December 31, 2014. <br />3.
