PLEASE READ IT CARET=LILLY. <br />BLANKET PRIMARY ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PAR7 <br />It is hereby agreed that subJect to all the temts and conditions of the Insurance including, but not I~mited to, the <br />foregoing limitations and exclusions, that such insurance as is afforded by this policy fnr the benefiE of an additional <br />insured shall be primary insurances as respects to any claim, loss or limitation arising direcNy from the Named <br />lnsured's operation and any other [nsurance maintained by the additional Insured shall be excess and non- <br />conVibutorywith the insurance provided hereunder. <br />It is the Intent of this endorsement to exclude elf claims, demands or suits arising out of any "bodNy Injury" or <br />"property damage" to which this insurance does not apply. 'There shall, therefore, be no duty or obligation on our <br />part under this insuranw to defend, respond to, investlga#e, or indemnify anyone for any such claims, demands or <br />suits. <br />Nothing herein contained shall be held to waive, vary, alter or extend arty of the terms, limitations and conditions of <br />the policy other than as above stated. <br />CVX-GL-0915(3/99) <br />
