N-2009-081 <br />~u~ 2 ~ zoa~ <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND <br />THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD <br />Purpose: <br />Term: <br />To describe the nature and evidence agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana, Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Santa Ana WORK <br />Center/Workforce Investment Board in determining the services and fees for <br />locating its offices at The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. <br />The Term of this Agreement is July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. <br />Terms and Conditions: <br />CDA has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center/Workforce Investment Board <br />(WIB) to occupy space (8915 sq. ft.) within The Santa Ana Regional Transportation <br />Center, located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana, <br />CA 92701, for the user fee of $17,070.30 per month. The increase in the user fee <br />incorporates the 3.01% CPI increase applied to all of City's miscellaneous fees for FY <br />09/10. The amount of square footage was adjusted due to re-measuring of the rented <br />space. This fee includes use of space, janitorial service and all utilities, except telephones <br />and any security equipment. The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable to <br />"The City of Santa Ana". <br />Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding <br />dated as of July 1, 2009, and will implement it as set forth herein. <br />ATTEST: CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />~~~ l~ >~& <br />u ~~ <br />Patricia E.
