E. Obligations Binding on Subcontractors <br />SUB-RECIPIENT shall require all subcontractors to comply with the <br />obligations of this section by incorporating the terms of this section into all <br />subcontracts. <br />§416. Minority, Women, And Other Business Enterprise Outreach Program <br />It is the policy of the CITY to provide minority business enterprises (MBEs), <br />women business enterprises (WBEs) and all other business enterprises an equal <br />opportunity to participate in the performance of all SUB-RECIPIENT contracts, <br />including procurement, construction and personal services. This policy applies to <br />all Contractors and Sub-Contractors. <br />18 <br />
