Santa Ana - On-call landscape architectural services <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br />ANNUAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />CONSULTANT RATE COMPARISON FORM <br />Consultant shall complete this form and include it along with the comprehensive <br />fee schedule in the sealed fee envelope. This comparison is based upon <br />services required for approximately one plan sheet each for landscape <br />architectural design services including specifications and cost estimate for the <br />following sample project: <br />Design of a new 2500 sf landscaping and irrigation area for Santa Ana Zoo front <br />entrance area. <br />The sample plan and profile sheets shall be at '/<':1' and conform to all <br />requirements detailed in this RFP. We anticipate an entry area for the Santa Ana Zoo will have larger container specimen plant materials, <br />as well as accent/exotic species of plants. The man-hours estimate does not include as-builts, bidding, construction <br />administration, or any subconsultant services expect the noted 3 -person survey crew. <br />
