SCHEDULE C <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO GRANT: <br />The Foundation shall be named as an additional insured on the Grantee's policy and <br />provide Foundation with a certificate of insurance. <br />PENDING LITIGATION AND OTHER PROCEEDINGS: <br />Grantee warrants that there is no pending litigation or other proceedings. <br />UNINSURED RISKS: <br />Grantee further represents and warrants that there are no uninsured risks the <br />occurrence of which would have a material adverse affect on the program. <br />C-1 <br />
