requirements of state, federal, county and the COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA <br />laws, executive orders, regulations, program and administrative requirements, <br />policies and any other requirements governing this Agreement. The COUNTY <br />OF SANTA BARBARA shall comply with state and federal laws and regulations <br />pertaining to labor, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment. The <br />COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA shall comply with new, amended, or revised <br />laws, regulations, and/or procedures that apply to the performance of this <br />Agreement. These requirements include, in addition to those certifications set <br />forth in the "Grant Assurances", attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated <br />in full by this reference, the following: <br />Single Audit Act <br />If Federal funds are used in the performance of this Agreement, <br />the COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA shall adhere to the rules and <br />regulations of the Single Audit Act, 31 USC Sec. 7501 et seq.; <br />and any administrative regulation or field memos implementing <br />the Act. <br />2. Americans with Disabilities Act <br />The COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA hereby certifies that it will <br />comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act 42, USC §§ 12101 et <br />seq., and its implementing regulations. The COUNTY OF SANTA <br />BARBARA will provide reasonable accommodations to allow <br />qualified individuals with disabilities to have access to and to <br />participate in its programs, services and activities in accordance with <br />the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The COUNTY <br />OF SANTA BARBARA will not discriminate against persons with <br />disabilities nor against persons due to their relationship to or <br />association with a person with a disability. Any subcontract entered <br />into by the the COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA, relating to this <br />Agreement, to the extent allowed hereunder, shall be subject to the <br />provisions of this paragraph. <br />3. Political and Sectarian Activity Prohibited <br />None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or <br />indirectly under this Agreement shall be used for any partisan political <br />activity, or to further the election or defeat of any candidate for public <br />office. Neither shall any funds provided under this Agreement be <br />used for any purpose designed to support or defeat any pending <br />legislation or administrative regulation. None of the funds provided <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be used for any sectarian purpose or <br />to support or benefit any sectarian activity. <br />If this Agreement provides for more than $100,000.00 in grant funds, <br />the COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA shall submit to the CITY a <br />Certification Regarding Lobbying and a Disclosure Form, if required, <br />in accordance with 31 USC 1352.
